Nevada is one of the few states that allows Notary Publics to perform notaries online. The notary must meet the States requirements and training to be approved as an ENotary. An ENotary may perform an electronic or online notary for any individual in the United States, and any individual in a foreign country with documents pertaining to business in the United States, so long as an electronic and online notary is not illegal in the customer's state or country of residence. The fees are also set by the State of Nevada, $25.00 per notary/per signer. (Session price is for one electronic notary for one signer.)
